The Annual Meeting will be held at the Rosen Centre Hotel (9840 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819) and the Orange County Convention Center (PO Box 691509, Orlando, FL 32869). The Rosen Centre Hotel is the headquarter hotel for the 2019 Annual Meeting. ACSM has negotiated discounted hotel rates at specific hotels for ACSM attendees and encourages all attendees to book within the room blocks. You must make your hotel reservation through Orchid Events. Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served, space available basis. Submit your request as soon as possible for the best opportunity of receiving your hotel choices.
Deadline: All reservations must be received by April 25, 2019, to guarantee availability and conference rates. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability and hotels may charge higher rates.

Print the Hotel Reservation Form and email, tax, or mail to Orchid.Events.

Deposit: All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee or check equaling the amount of one night’s room & tax for each room reserved. If you wish to send a check deposit for your reservation it must be received by Orchid Events at least 45 days before your scheduled arrival date.
Acknowledgments: Orchid Events will send reservation acknowledgements within 24 hours via email if booked online or by telephone; fax and mail acknowledgements will be sent within 72 hours of receipt. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, contact Orchid Events. You will not receive a written confirmation from the hotel.
Cancellations & Changes: Reservations cancelled after April 25, 2019 will be subject to a $30 processing fee for each room cancelled charged by Orchid Events. Deposit of one night’s room and tax will be forfeited entirely if cancellation occurs within 5 days of arrival date. Through May 21, 2019 changes and cancellations can be made online or by contacting Orchid Events via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. After May 21, 2019, contact your hotel to make changes and/or cancellations.
