The Annual Meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis (1300 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN 55403) and the Minneapolis Convention Center (1301 2nd Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55403). The Hyatt Regency Minneapolis is the headquarter hotel for the 2018 Annual Meeting. ACSM has negotiated discounted hotel rates at specific hotels for ACSM attendees and encourages all attendees to book within the room blocks. You must make your hotel reservation through Orchid Events. Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served, space available basis. Submit your request as soon as possible for the best opportunity of receiving your hotel choices.
STUDENT HOUSING IS NOW AVAILABLE!
Student housing is now available at the University of Minnesota, and will be available until Monday, May 7, 2018. The dorm rooms will be located on the University of Minnesota campus for $30 per night for a shared guestroom and $33 per night for a single guestroom. All rooms will include Wi-Fi access.

Student Housing Instructions:

- Create a login (email address + password)
- Read the University’s Housing Policies & Regulations as well as the Terms & Conditions – check if you agree to these to proceed to make your reservation
- Click Next
- Complete all required fields; click next
- Review your reservation and if correct, make a payment
- If it is not correct, make edits as needed. Do not make a payment until your reservation is accurate.

All reservations must be received by April 27, 2018, to guarantee availability and conference rates. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability and hotels may charge higher rates.

All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee or check equaling the amount of one night’s room & tax for each room reserved. If you wish to send a check deposit for your reservation it must be received by Orchid Events at least 45 days before your scheduled arrival date.
Orchid Events will send reservation acknowledgements within 24 hours via email if booked online or by telephone; fax and mail acknowledgements will be sent within 72 hours of receipt. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, contact Orchid Events. You will not receive a written confirmation from the hotel.
Cancellations & Changes
Reservations cancelled after April 27, 2018 will be subject to a $30 processing fee for each room cancelled charged by Orchid Events. Deposit of one night’s room and tax will be forfeited entirely if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of arrival date.
Through May 22, 2018 changes and cancellations can be made online or by contacting Orchid Events via e-mail at email@example.com. After May 22, 2018, contact your hotel to make changes and/or cancellations.
