The Annual Meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center Hotel (650 15th Street Denver, CO 80202) and the Colorado Convention Center (700 14th Street Denver, CO 80202). The Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center is the headquarter hotel for the 2017 Annual Meeting. ACSM has negotiated discounted hotel rates at specific hotels for ACSM attendees. Reservations must be made through Orchid Event Solutions. Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served, space available basis.
All reservations must be received by Monday, May 1, 2017, to guarantee availability and conference rates. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability and hotels may charge higher guestroom rates.

All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee or check equaling the amount of one night’s room & tax for each room reserved. If you wish to send a check deposit for your reservation, it must be received by Orchid Event Solutions at least 45 days before your scheduled arrival date.
Orchid Event Solutions will send reservation acknowledgements within 24 hours via email if booked online or by telephone; fax and mail acknowledgments will be sent within 72 hours of receipt. If you do not receive your acknowledgment in this time frame, please contact Orchid Event Solutions. You will not receive a written confirmation from the hotel.
Cancellations & Changes
Reservations cancelled after May 1, 2017, will be subject to a $30 processing fee for each room cancelled charged by Orchid Event Solutions. Deposit of one night’s room and tax will be forfeited entirely if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of arrival date.
Through May 23, 2017, please send requests for changes and cancellations in writing to Orchid Event Solutions via e-mail (email@example.com) or fax to 801-355-0250. After May 23, 2017, please contact hotels directly to make changes and cancellations.
